The Antigua and Barbuda Seventh-day Adventist Cooperative Credit Union celebrates 25 years of service to our members on September 12th, 2023. We take this opportunity to thank our members for their patronage over the years. “We’ve come this far by Faith” and we can declare “Hitherto Hath the Lord Helped Us”
To mark this event, we will celebrate with monthly activities for an entire year commencing September 12, 2023 up to September 12, 2024.
According to our Mission, we exist to help members effectively manage their resources, serve God, and empower each other. Our prayer is that we become the successful financial institution of choice for the S.D.A. community.
Our statement of Faith is to uphold the biblical standards of the S.D.A. Church and operate according to the will of God as revealed in His Word.
We are open to empowering you to serve, Come be a part of your very own.
Activities for the month of September
The South Leeward Conference of Seventh-day Adventists will be hosting one week of Emotional Wellness Seminars, September 9 to 16, 2023, with internationally acclaimed social and behavioral interventionist, Dr. Neals Chitan. Dr. Chitan will be presenting a powerful psychoeducational series that takes an in-depth look at untreated issues, pain and trauma that inflect the soul and compromise the emotional health of the nation. This seminar will be held at Bible Speaks Seventh-day Adventist Church at Creekside. Saturday September 9th and 16th, service begins at 9am. Sunday night September 10th to 15th, nightly service begins at 7pm.
September 11th, 2023: The SDA Credit Union will be promoting it’s Family Indemnity Plan at the Emotional Wellness Seminar being facilitated by the South Leeward Conference from September 9 to 16, 2023. This plan provides a benefit to help cover the funeral costs for an individual and five (5) eligible family members. It offers comfort and financial peace of mind during difficult times .
September 12th 2023 - Anniversary and Open Day. Members and prospective members of the Seventh-day Adventist Community are invited to visit us at our office as we express our appreciation to you. Come and learn more about your Credit Union.
The first 25 members to visit our office on our Anniversary Day will receive a copy of the book below which gives guidelines on faithful stewardship.
As we celebrate our 25th Anniversary, we are happy to announce our Monthly Photo Challenge.
Each month, as members visit our office, we invite you to have your photograph taken with our 25th Anniversary Photo Frame. We want our members to remember their experience with us as we celebrate 25 years of “Empowering You for Service”.
Photographs will be posted on our Website -www.sdaccul.com and our Members’ WhatsApp group on the 25th day of each month. Members will be asked to vote for the ‘Best Photo of the Month’. Winners will receive one of our Anniversary Gift Packages.
The purpose of our monthly photo challenge is to motivate our members and promote our Credit Union.
