The Credit Union is owned by its members, who are chosen to serve on the Board, Supervisory Committee, and Credit Committee.
Board Members
The Seventh-day Adventist Co-operative Credit Union Ltd is managed by a Board of Directors consisting of seven members led by the Chairman.
Credit Committee Members
The Credit Committee is responsible for approving and reviewing loans, ensuring compliance with the approved loan policy, and providing effective oversight of the loans portfolio.
Supervisory & Compliance Committee
The Supervisory & Compliance Committee is responsible for auditing and supervising all operational aspects to ensure that the Society’s activities comply with relevant legislation and regulations, as well as its by-laws and the approved standards and policies of the credit union.
Management
Management is responsible for executing the Board's directives, supervising operations, and assisting the Board in developing operational policies.
